Delicious and easy-to-make Beyond Beef Greek Meatballs combine plant-based Beyond Beef with Greek seasoning and vegan Feta cheese for a flavorful and satisfying meatless dinner option. Ready in just 24 minutes, these vegan meatballs are perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

  • Total Time: 24 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 340 grams Beyond Beef
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 55 grams vegan feta cheese (Violife brand)
  • 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven or Air Fryer: Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400℉ (200℃). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil to ensure easy cleanup.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the Beyond Beef, panko breadcrumbs, vegan feta cheese, Greek seasoning, diced red onion, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Form Meatballs: Using a 1 1/2 tablespoon scoop, portion out the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Roll each portion between your hands to form smooth balls and place them evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
  4. Cook the Meatballs: Bake the meatballs in the oven for 16-20 minutes, or alternatively, air fry them for 15-17 minutes. Cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74℃) to ensure they are fully done.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature for perfect doneness.
  • Vegan Feta cheese adds tang and moisture but can be substituted with other vegan cheeses if desired.
  • Feel free to serve with your favorite dipping sauce or over a salad for a complete meal.
  • Both oven baking and air frying yield excellent results; adjust cooking times accordingly based on your appliance.
