This Copycat Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino perfectly captures the cozy fall flavors of pumpkin and warm spices blended into a creamy, iced coffee treat. Made with chilled espresso, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and a blend of traditional pumpkin pie spices, it's a rich and indulgent drink that you can easily recreate at home using a blender. Ready in just 5 minutes, this seasonal favorite is perfect for coffee lovers craving a pumpkin twist.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

Liquid Ingredients

  • 2 ounces chilled espresso
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pumpkin & Spices

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Other

  • 2 cups ice
  • Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
  • Additional pumpkin pie spice, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the chilled espresso, whole milk, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt into a blender. Blend briefly until the mixture is smooth and all the ingredients are fully combined.
  2. Add Ice and Blend: Add the 2 cups of ice to the blender. Blend again just until the drink becomes thick, smooth, and creamy, being careful not to over-blend and dilute the texture.
  3. Serve: Pour the frappuccino into a large glass. Top with whipped cream and a light sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if you like. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

  • The espresso can be substituted with strong brewed coffee chilled beforehand if espresso is not available.
  • Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of brown sugar or sweetened condensed milk to your taste.
  • For a lighter version, use low-fat milk and reduce or omit the heavy cream.
  • Adding whipped cream and extra pumpkin pie spice on top enhances the presentation and flavor but is optional.
  • To make this vegan, use plant-based milk, coconut cream instead of heavy cream, and a vegan sweetened condensed milk alternative.
