Ingredients
Chicken and Sauce
- ¾ lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets
- 8 oz. can chopped tomatoes
- 8 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 6 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Cheeses
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pasta
- 12 oz. spaghetti
Instructions
- Add Ingredients to Crock Pot: Place the chicken breast fillets, chopped tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning into the crock pot. Mix gently to combine the ingredients evenly.
- Cook the Chicken: Cover the crock pot and cook on the LOW setting for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, allowing the chicken to become tender and absorb all the flavors.
- Shred the Chicken: Remove the cooked chicken breast from the crock pot and shred it thoroughly using two forks until it is pulled into bite-sized pieces.
- Return Chicken and Add Cheeses: Place the shredded chicken back into the crock pot and add the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well to combine and continue cooking until the cheeses have fully melted and created a creamy sauce.
- Cook the Spaghetti: Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain well.
- Combine Spaghetti and Sauce: Once the cheese mixture is melted and smooth, add the cooked spaghetti to the crock pot. Stir gently to coat the pasta evenly with the cheesy chicken mixture.
- Serve Warm: Serve the creamy crock pot chicken spaghetti warm, enjoying the cheesy, comforting flavors that make this dish a perfect family meal.
