Instructions
- Prepare Chicken Pesto Pizza: Place the Rosemary & Olive Oil Flatout pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Evenly spread 1/4 cup basil pesto sauce over the crust, then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese. Layer sliced grilled chicken breast and diced roma tomato on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (204°C) for 3 to 4 minutes until warmed through and cheese begins to melt. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves if desired.
- Prepare Buffalo Chicken Pizza: Place the Rustic White Flatout pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Spread 2 tablespoons of buffalo chicken sauce evenly over the crust. In a bowl, toss the diced grilled chicken breast with the remaining 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce and 2 teaspoons of dry ranch mix until evenly coated. Top the pizza crust with the buffalo chicken, then sprinkle 1/3 cup of cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend. Arrange red onion rings on top. Bake at 400°F (204°C) for 3 to 4 minutes until cheese melts and ingredients heat through. Remove from oven and optionally top with blu cheese crumbles and chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a crispier crust, bake on a preheated pizza stone or baking steel if available.
- Fresh basil and parsley add a nice fresh herbal aroma but can be omitted if unavailable.
- If you prefer a spicier pizza, add extra buffalo sauce or crushed red pepper flakes.
- Use pre-grilled chicken breast to save cooking time or substitute with rotisserie chicken.
- Adjust baking time slightly based on your oven performance and personal preference for crust doneness.
