A refreshing and healthy Mango Overnight Oats recipe that combines creamy Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and ripe mangoes blended into a smooth mango milk base. Perfect for a quick, nutritious breakfast or snack that requires no cooking and is ready in just a few hours after refrigeration.

  • Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

Mango Milk Blend

  • 1 1/2-2 cups milk (depending on desired thickness)
  • 1 cup fresh diced mango (165 grams, ripe)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Overnight Oats Mixture

  • 1 cup rolled oats (100 grams)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings

  • Diced mango
  • Coconut flakes or shreds
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Make the mango milk: Place the milk, diced mango, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and fully combined, creating a flavorful mango milk base.
  2. Prepare the overnight oats: Divide the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and cinnamon evenly between two medium-sized jars (each gets 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon). Pour the blended mango milk over the oat mixture in each jar and stir thoroughly to combine all ingredients well.
  3. Refrigerate to thicken: Seal the jars with lids and place them in the refrigerator. Let the oats soak and thicken for at least 2-3 hours, but preferably overnight, for the best texture and flavor.
  4. Serve and enjoy: Once thickened, enjoy the mango overnight oats directly from the jars. Add your choice of optional toppings like diced mango, coconut flakes, or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor and texture.

Notes

  • Use ripe mangoes for maximum sweetness and flavor in the mango milk blend.
  • Adjust the milk quantity to achieve your preferred oat consistency—more milk for thinner oats, less for thicker.
  • Overnight oats can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and stored refrigerated.
  • Gluten-free rolled oats can be substituted if gluten sensitivity is a concern.
  • Optional toppings provide extra texture and taste but are not necessary.
