Ingredients
Fudge Base
- 3 ¾ cups white chocolate chips
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk (scrape down the sides to get all the milk)
Mix-ins and Topping
- 1 cup roughly chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs (reserve ¼ cup for topping)
- Pastel sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the White Chocolate: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips. Microwave for 30 seconds, remove and stir; the chips will be partially melted. Continue microwaving in 15-second increments, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Remove from microwave.
- Combine with Condensed Milk: Add the sweetened condensed milk to the melted chocolate and stir thoroughly. The mixture will become very thick as you combine both ingredients.
- Add Mini Eggs: Fold in ¾ cup of the chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs gently to evenly distribute within the fudge mixture.
- Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8x8 inch or similarly sized square or rectangular baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly using a spatula.
- Top the Fudge: Sprinkle the remaining chopped Mini Eggs over the top of the fudge and lightly press them into the surface. Add pastel sprinkles on top if desired for extra decoration.
- Chill to Set: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours to allow the fudge to fully set and firm up.
- Serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the fridge, lift it out using the parchment paper, cut it into squares, and serve.
Notes
- Use good quality white chocolate chips for the best flavor and texture.
- Make sure to fold in the Mini Eggs gently to avoid crushing them completely.
- Pastel sprinkles add a festive touch but are optional.
- Allowing the fudge to chill overnight yields the best results for firmness.
- Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
